Agriculture Diesel Technician

Burnips Equipment is a family owned farm equipment dealer that sells and services multiple lines of equipment. We feature New Holland, Claas, Meyer, Kuhn, and other lines of agricultural equipment. Our company is looking for an Agricultural Service Technician to join our Service Repair Team.
As a Service Technician, you job duties would include, but not be limited to:
*Troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
*Assess and repair equipment on a team and individual basis.
* Diagnose and provide a quote of needed parts and labor for equipment repair.
* Perform inspections and recommend repairs on equipment to help eliminate down time for our customers.
* Working with the parts team to quote the correct parts for repairs.
* Complete repairs on equipment using the steps outlined in the service manual to ensure equipment is fixed to OEM specification.
* Writing a detailed report of the repairs made on equipment for proper documentation.
Candidates must be willing to perform online training and attend classroom training.
Candidates need to provide their own hand tools; special tools are provided by Burnips.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $32.00 per hour

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays
